Plans and limits
What each plan includes and the limits the API enforces.

Limits are per team. A plan applies to every app of the team. You change plans in the developer portal.
What counts as an auth
An auth is one enroll or match call that reaches face matching, whether it succeeds or fails. Calls rejected earlier (bad credential, missing consent, invalid challenge, rate limit) do not count. Challenge requests are not auths.

When you hit a limit
- Monthly auths used up:
429 plan_limit_reachedwithlimit,usedandresets_at. It resets at the time inresets_at. - App or key count reached:
403 plan_limit_reachedwithlimitandused.
Rate limits
Rate limits are separate from plan limits and apply on every plan.

Over the limit the API answers 429 rate_limited with a Retry-After header. Wait that many seconds before you retry.
What is not offered
FaceCard does not offer webhooks, SSO, custom branding or advanced analytics at launch. No plan includes them.
